We have many years experience of dealing with companies of all sizes and sectors giving us a wide knowledge of bespoke software applications. This means we can help with troubleshooting and can ensure that the platform it sits on is stable, secure and ensure you are fully backing up all this business critical data. We also believe in advising and implementing stable, disaster recovery solutions as no down time is acceptable.

Storm IT invest heavily in education and training where new technology and new initiatives are concerned, so we will tend to let you know what new devices, programs or kit you may wish to consider which will assist or improve you and your colleague's working week.

With regards to the service contract; most of them are unlimited telephone, unlimited remote assistance and unlimited on site support (platinum above) with no restrictions or caveats. Basically if you have an issue we just fix it, for one fixed cost each month. We become your own IT department with a team of technicians working on your behalf and we would prefer for you to call us to carry out any work, upgrades or troubleshooting on your network. We also carry out daily preventative maintenance on your entire infrastructure including monitoring for your server, network and systems along with daily backup monitoring / server maintenance and upgrades so our support time is generally lowered as we invest heavily in prevention.

With regards to our support packages, we offer three variations to suit every solution and budget which are as follows:

Gold Support – Unlimited telephone and unlimited remote support with a maximum of 24 hour response lead time – Onsite visits are charged at a reduced contract hourly rate.

Platinum Support – Unlimited telephone, unlimited remote and onsite support with a maximum of 12 hour response lead time – Onsite visits included (server monitoring and daily backup admin included).

Platinum Plus Support – Unlimited telephone, remote and onsite support with a maximum of 6 hour response lead time – Onsite visits included plus bi monthly health visits (server monitoring and daily backup admin included).

Additional Bolt on's include
iPhone / iPad / Blackberry support per device per year.
Offsite Backup charged per GB.
Weekend / out of hours cover.
