Gold: provides unlimited remote support with a maximum 12-hour response time. On-site visits are charged at a reduced rate compared to non-contract customers.

Platinum: provides unlimited remote and on-site support (if we’re unable to fix remotely) with a maximum four-hour response time, server monitoring, daily backup administration, plus quarterly health checks included.

Platinum +: provides remote and on-site support (if we’re unable to fix remotely) with a maximum two-hour response time, server monitoring, daily backup administration, plus bi-monthly health checks.

Add-ons - Office 365, Threat Protection, Antivirus, Cloud, DR Planning, Mobile Device Support, Telecoms and Broadband

All packages provide unlimited remote assistance and onsite support (determined by your contract’s SLA). Your IT issues become a thing of the past, for a fixed cost per month. We become your IT department and our dedicated team of technicians work tirelessly on your behalf so you don’t have to worry anymore.

In addition, we carry out daily preventative infrastructure checks on servers, network and systems.  That means we’ll generally know about and fix your fault before it even happens.
