Provides remote and on-site support (if we’re unable to fix remotely) with a maximum two-hour response time, server monitoring, daily backup administration, plus bi-monthly health checks.

All packages provide unlimited remote assistance and onsite support (determined by your contract’s SLA). Your IT issues become a thing of the past, for a fixed cost per month.
